Updates Policy
Minor version updates (e.g. from version 4.0 to version 4.1, 4.2 and so on) are free. Major version updates (e.g. from version 4 to version 5) are payable with discount. We guarantee that each customer will get at least one free update. This means that if there were no minor version updates since your purchase and new major version comes out, you will get a free major version update.
Updates from previous major version cost only 30% of the current license price. Updates from older versions cost 50% of the current price.

Is license permanent?
USB Redirector RDP Edition license is permanent and valid for all releases of the same major version that you purchase (v4). Please check Updates Policy section above for more details on updates.
Do you offer free updates?
We offer free minor version updates (e.g. from version 4.0 to version 4.1, 4.2 and so on).
Major version updates are payable with discount (e.g. from version 4 to version 5). Please check Updates Policy section above for more details on updates.
How many computers the license is valid for?
License can be activated on 1 RDP server. If you need to use the program on multiple servers, you need to purchase multiple licenses.
What does the number of USB devices mean?
The number of USB devices in a license shows the total (not per user) amount of USB devices users will be able to redirect to a server at the same time.
When will I get my license?
If you pay with Credit Card, PayPal or other online payment method, you usually receive a license key immediately in your browser, a copy will be sent to you via e-mail. In rare cases it may take up to a few hours to validate the payment, then the license key will be sent via e-mail.
If you pay by wire transfer or check, the license will be sent to you via e-mail after the payment arrives.
How do I activate my license?
After your order is processed, a license key will be sent to you via e-mail. You need to enter the license key into the program by selecting "Enter License Key" in the "Help" menu. For more information, please check the Entering License Key section in USB Redirector RDP Edition User Manual.
Is it possible to add more USB devices to my license?
Yes it is possible to upgrade a license. Please contact our Sales Department and we will send you a special order link for the upgrade. Make sure to specify original order number and the number of USB devices you need to add.
Note that upgrade is possible within the range of licenses that we offer, which is 1 to 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100 USB devices.
