What is USB Redirector RDP Edition

USB Redirector RDP Edition is a software solution that provides USB device redirection for Remote Desktop Connection (RDP). With the help of this software, USB devices attached to your computer become available inside your remote session on a remote machine. Perfect for use with terminal servers, RD session hosts, cloud virtual desktops and multi-session systems.

USB Redirector RDP Edition supports virtually any USB devices, including USB HID, USB mouse and keyboards.

Per-session Isolation feature of USB Redirector RDP Edition provides possibility to isolate USB devices inside RDP session, thus making this product a great choice for use on terminal servers, where multiple users are working concurrently. The isolation is supported for USB HID, USB Mass Storage and other types of USB devices.

USB Redirector RDP Edition consists of two parts - server part and workstation part. The server part should be installed on RDP server machine (Terminal Server, RD Session Host, cloud desktop, etc.) where you need to use your USB devices remotely. The workstation part should be installed on a computer that acts as RDP client (e.g. local workstation, laptop, thin client) where USB devices are physically attached.
