How to Remove USB Device From Exclusion List
When USB device is in Exclusion List, it can not be connected. To overcome this restriction, you need to remove USB device from Exclusion List.
Follow steps in the picture below to remove a USB device from exclusions:
Alternatively, you can use right-click menu or select menu Exclusion List > Remove USB Device From Exclusion List.
