Hi,

I was wondering if you have any tips for monitoring USB Redirector? Like when a device loses connection etc, then create an alert in SCOM fx.

Hi dwi,

Sorry for the long reply time...

USB redirector for Linux produces a log file (/var/log/usbsrvd.log), you can use any log analyzer software to parse it and get alerts.

Also, you may want to enable auto-connection so that USB Redirector automatically re-connects a USB device in case of any disconnections.
