Dear Sir/Mme ,
i tried the trail version and it didnt work on public IP address, it only worked on my local network 192.168.X.X, so i thought that happened becoz its trail version & is limited , So i bought the License & paid for it , But i still have the same problem . all support sections say " put the port 32038 on ur router & assign a static ip " , i dont see further than that help online .
i use windows 10
had same problem on all over windows versions
i use usb redirector tech edition paid license
