i have trial version . i need before buy check this. i am from Colombia. when i try repair phone in Pakistan. but its not connect. only connect my office labtops.
Sir when i install trial version the not ask me write id. how to use id to connect other pc with id. Sir i am like to buy it but need check it before buy .

i tried the trail version and it didnt work on public IP address , it only worked on my local network , i thought becoz its trail version is limited , So i bought the License and i still have the same problem . all support section says " put the port 32038 on ur router & assign a static ip " , i dont see further than that help online . LIVE Chat Status is ON , but always get msg " all reps are busy "

any one would help plz ?
