Hi guys, i'm experiencing a strange issue in usb redirector for linux:
A few moments ago th client suddenly disconnected an auto-reconnect device, witouth apparently any reasons:
the only message in message-log is kernel: [3841514.407390] usb 6-1: USB disconnect, device number 2
it's still disconnected, and before connecting it back i would like to understand what append(the sisstem is actually backed up by a phisical usb, but it will be soon online only with usb-redirector.
usbclnt -l states the following:
Code: |
3: USB SmartCard Reader Gemplus USB Chip/SmartCard Device
Vid: 08e6 Pid: 3437 Port: 3-2
Mode: auto-connect Status: available for connection
|
which is strange, considering it is in auto reconnect, whi doesn't it reconnect the device?
the dmesg on the server states the following:
Code: |
tusbd: usbd_stub_reset: trying to reset device vid 08e6 pid 3437
[ven set 22 21:41:24 2017] usb 3-2: reset full-speed USB device number 3 using uhci_hcd
[ven set 22 21:41:24 2017] tusbd: usbd_stub_reset: usb_reset_device returned 0

thank you in advance, available for any logfile.
