Has this product been tested with multiple web cams operating at the same time? I'm looking to route 3 or more Logitech C920's instead of using powered USB extenders.

Yes it should work, as long as your webcam app allows you to select the webcam to use. Please feel free to try it with the trial.

I should expand that I was able to successfully test two web cams though I had issues with audio dropout and the occasional flicker when I had more than one switch between the server & client.

Server is using a ASRock AD2550R/U3S3 Mini ITX motherboard with an Intel Atom D2550 CPU, passively cooled, running Windows 10.

Yes, webcams are sensitive to network latency, even slight delays can cause flickering. This happens because they are not designed to work over network, as local connection is much more stable with nearly no latency compared to ethernet.
